As an immigrant teenager, I started watching football to fit into the American culture. Soon I found myself deeply immersed in football Xs and Os, reading books by Steve Belichick and Bill Walsh, studying All-22 coaches film, and joining as a volunteer on the varsity football coaching staff at my local high school.
I published a blog, leading to high school coaches across the country reaching out for Xs and Os advice, and shared my findings on X (formerly known as Twitter), resulting in media outlets offering freelance contracts to become a weekly columnist.
At 18 years old, I accepted an offer from theScore to publish a column twice a week, a weekly column at Bleacher Report and NBC’s Rotoworld, and a guest column on Fridays at Boston.com. Below are samples of my published works.
